About Us
Think of it as a cross between polling, chatrooms, and twitter specifically designed for conferences. Speakers can connect with attendees and receive real-time feedback during their presentation with EventHive polling. Attendees can ask questions, post comments, and share information directly from their seats. This improves the quality of Q&A by allowing speakers to preview and choose the most relevant questions.
Beyond interactive sessions, EventHive adds value to organizers with tools to quantify attendee satisfaction, generate buzz, and help attendees release news via their social networks.

EventHive Launches Invite-Only Beta at Shotput Ventures' Inaugural Demo Day
EventHive, a software solution that facilitates live discussion among audiences and speakers during presentations, launched its invitational beta today at the Shotput Ventures' Demo Day.
Conference presentations typically take the form of monologues with a passive audience who quickly become disengaged and fall prey to E-mail and other distractions. EventHive keeps participants engaged with the presenter and the rest of the audience by providing interactive tools accessible via laptops and mobile phones. The tools included in the EventHive Beta include:
- Live Polling: Speakers using EventHive's polling will be able to gather feedback and gauge understanding in real-time during their presentation. Live poll results can be displayed in a PowerPoint presentation without additional equipment or software.
- Continuous Q&A: Audience members using EventHive's continuous Q&A can ask questions, post comments, and share information directly from their seats. Other participants can help highlight, moderate and respond in real-time. Speakers can choose the most relevant and interesting questions to answer during Q&A periods.
- Social Media Integration: Feedback from audience comments is automatically streamed to social networks including Facebook and Twitter to create buzz and allow participants to share their experiences with friends outside the conference.
EventHive also has additional functionality for conference organizers including conference schedule management and detailed session analytics.
With the current conference/meeting industry crisis and the economic downturn, conference organizers, attendees, and sponsors are looking for new ways to get more out of conferences and to get measurable results. EvenHive's timely beta release provides a new tool to increase attendee satisfaction and make the entire conference experience more interactive and enjoyable.
Presenters and conference organizers interested in using EventHive can request an invitation at http://EventHive.com.
